"where now"

A medial reflection on the transcient, things past and passing. Dif-
ferent time levels interlock in three projections: Two screens show
tableau-like shots of landscapes, in which only minimal movement
takes place. Opposite, there is a projection with a moving camera:
it circles a yellow car wreck, a mysterious witness of the 1960s in the
midst of a forest clearing. The anagrammes "nowhere – now here",
and their cousin giving the work its title, "where now", stress the
aspect of a spatial and temporal situation that includes both the
pictured locations and the present situation of the onlookers.
